I had few deals close and a few contracts get signed recently $30k assignment fee closed monday on 5 vacant infill lots outside of Charlotte NC, contract signed on vacant 1.48 acres commercial lot for $110k - BPO is to relist at $225k, closing on 6.3 acres outside of spartanburg SC this week for $95k - relist for $150k . I sold 3 houses last week with seller finance creating $90k cash from down payments, $2,200/mo recurring income, and $365k note equity. Q1 efforts are starting to show!

Buy for $33k sell for $65k. The number are tight on a second deal, buy for $65 sell for $100k - $110k ( looking for a buy to assigns to to or double close ). And a third should go under contract soon, buy for $13k sell for $30k - $40k. So just trying to work these deals and make something happen

Excited we were able to payout our acquisition manager his first bonus from two deals he closed when he started ~90 days ago. Both deals were follow up leads in our CRM. Both double close deals. One netted us $19k. The other $6k. Our acquisition manager is in Bangladesh. These payouts go along way. We pay 5% bonus on the net from every deal he brings in. He also helped us secure two new 5 star reviews on our business page today. We leverage our reviews with sellers as a way to quickly establish credibility on sales calls. Cheers.

1. Finishing a double close that I thought we were going to have to cancel. Will net $20k 2. Bought a deal in our favorite market, buy for $7500, sell for $39k (not sure how I got this) 3. Previous title issues on a Buy for $20k sell for $80k might get cleared up so we can purchase it. 4. Got back 3 signed PAs today
