Buy for $33k sell for $65k. The number are tight on a second deal, buy for $65 sell for $100k - $110k ( looking for a buy to assigns to to or double close ). And a third should go under contract soon, buy for $13k sell for $30k - $40k. So just trying to work these deals and make something happen

Just locked up a PA on a deal that is buy for 55k, sell for 110k in WA. Original offer was for 61k. The seller's husband fully rejected my negotiation downwards on Thursday but I asked her to humor me and consider it over the weekend. Followed with her just now and she was in a much better mood. I texted her a link to the new PA and signed right there on the phone with me. I was convinced that it was a dead deal over the weekend.

Excited we were able to payout our acquisition manager his first bonus from two deals he closed when he started ~90 days ago. Both deals were follow up leads in our CRM. Both double close deals. One netted us $19k. The other $6k. Our acquisition manager is in Bangladesh. These payouts go along way. We pay 5% bonus on the net from every deal he brings in.
